WHICH GAMES DO YOU PLAY TO STAY YOUNG? - FM
Games helped humans to evolve into smart and sociable creatures of endless ingenuity and imagination. Playing does not help you to learn anything in particular, rather it helps you to learn many things in a more flexible way keeping your brain always fresh, alert and young. Playing helps you to develop amazingly complex behaviors to respond to the complex world more intuitively.
The workshop is focused on fostering independence and ability to take responsibility for your own development. Through open games - movement situationswe will aim to provoke your creativity while being exposed to irregularity, difficulty and pressure in a changing, unpredictable environment.
FM Practice:
Fighting Monkey is an applied practice for human development through movement founded by Linda Kapetanea and Jozef Frucek. Since 2002 Linda and Jozef have been developing it through a deep study on cross motion analysis and with aim to understand the principles of the human movement, communication and the ageing process.
